Sourced from small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya region of Tanzania, this lot includes Bourbon and Kent varieties grown at elevations between 1200–1900 meters in mineral-rich clay soils. The coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds, a process that preserves clarity and enhances its clean, structured finish.
