About Our Products & Fulfillment

First Light Coffee Co. sells coffee and related products that are roasted and fulfilled to order by trusted third-party roasting and fulfillment partners.

  • Products are prepared specifically for each order
  • Orders ship directly from third-party fulfillment partners
  • We do not maintain inventory or accept returned food products

Because of this fulfillment model, all sales are final, subject only to the replacement terms described below.

Final Sale & Replacement-Only Policy

All products sold on this site are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Replacements are the sole and exclusive remedy.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Our products are food and beverage items intended for general consumption.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • Coffee contains caffeine
  • Taste preferences are subjective
  • You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining suitability
  • We do not provide medical, dietary, or health advice

First Light Coffee Co. is not responsible for reactions, sensitivities, or consumption decisions.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only
  • Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside our control
  • Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

Pricing, Errors & Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing, product descriptions, or availability errors
  • Cancel orders affected by errors
  • Refund affected orders if cancellation is necessary

We are not obligated to honor pricing or listing errors.

Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges at the stated frequency
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account before the next billing cycle
  • Subscription orders are also final sale

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
