Sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions of Peru, this lot includes Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties grown at elevations between 1100–1700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils. The coffee is gully washed, dried in the sun, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — preserving flavor integrity while removing caffeine without chemical solvents.
