Sourced from coffee growers in Chiapas and Oaxaca, this lot includes Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties grown at elevations between 900–1000 meters in mineral-rich clay soils. The coffee is fully washed and dried in the sun, a process that preserves balance while maintaining clean structure in the cup.
