Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia, these Indigenous Heirloom cultivars are grown at elevations between 1700–1900 meters in nutrient-rich Nitisols soil. The coffee is full natural processed, carefully sorted by hand, and dried on raised beds — a method that enhances depth and aromatic complexity while maintaining clarity.
