Sourced from micro farms in Alajuela, Costa Rica, this lot includes Caturra and Catuai varieties grown at elevations between 1300–1445 meters in volcanic loam soil. The coffee is eco-pulped and dried in the sun, a method that preserves clarity while enhancing sweetness and balance.
