Colombia is roasted to a balanced medium profile, delivering a structured and expressive cup with layered sweetness. Notes of dried orange and ripe berry bring gentle brightness, supported by a smooth chocolate foundation that adds depth and balance.
Sourced from smallholder farmers in Medellin, Antioquia, this lot includes Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties grown at elevations between 1300–1500 meters in volcanic loam soil. The coffee is fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers to protect the beans from rain, preserving clarity and consistency in the final cup.
Roasted in small batches for freshness and control, Colombia offers a composed yet lively profile — balanced, fruit-accented, and unmistakably origin-driven.
