Bali Coffee Pods are roasted to a medium-dark profile, delivering a deep, full-bodied cup layered with dark chocolate richness and notes of molasses and brown sugar. The sweetness is dense and steady, creating a warm, structured finish without sharpness.
Sourced from smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia, this lot includes Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties grown at elevations between 1200–1600 meters in volcanic loam soil. The beans are hand picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds — a traditional Indonesian process that enhances body and depth while preserving clarity.
